FedEx to consolidate Express, Ground and Services operating companies


FedEx will consolidate FedEx Categorical, FedEx Floor, and FedEx Companies working firms underneath the Federal Categorical Company by June 2024, leaving FedEx Freight as a standalone LTL service.
