KAG Canada investing in natural gas-diesel multi-fuel retrofits


KAG Canada has positioned a $1-million buy order to retrofit a part of its fleet with a multi-fuel expertise platform (MFTP) system from Edmonton-based Revolutionary Gasoline Methods.

The retrofits will permit the vans to slash emissions by displacing a portion of diesel with pure fuel. KAG Canada says the retrofits might be achieved on vans in Alberta and Ontario.

“We’re increasing using IFS’ MFTP expertise inside our Canadian fleet as a result of it supplies GHG emissions reductions and gas financial savings and has confirmed to be very dependable in our two years of economic operations,” stated Chris Chapman, vice-president, fleet providers, KAG Canada. “We’ll proceed to additional roll out the IFS expertise as pushed by our clients’ wants to cut back GHG emissions from our trucking operations.”
